Payment policy

Deposit

We do require a deposit which is equivalent to four weeks of activity. You will be billed afterward regularly every 15 days for achieved billable hours according to your Xencall. The deposit is held on the account and is not applied to any of the upcoming bills. The deposit will be applied to any open invoices AFTER cancellation.

Cancellation

Clients are required to provide a 1-month notice, during which CRI Group will begin phasing out the project. Client’s will not be billed for the final month as per terms of service, the deposit will be applied on the account to settle the billable hours.
